How does WHISPER handle contacts?
Upload a CSV or Excel file and WHISPER cleans it for you — converting local Ghanaian numbers to international format, removing duplicates and flagging invalid entries before they cost you credits.
CSV and Excel upload
Drag and drop a file exported from any spreadsheet or school management system. Column headers are detected automatically.
Automatic number normalisation
024XXXXXXX becomes 233XXXXXXXXX. Spaces, dashes and plus signs are stripped. Numbers that cannot be valid are flagged rather than failing silently mid-send.
Duplicate prevention
The same number is never stored twice in one account, so nobody receives your announcement two or three times.
Contact groups
Organise contacts into groups — a class, a fellowship wing, a customer segment — and target one group or several per campaign.
Custom fields
Any extra column in your file (fee balance, role, amount due) is stored alongside the contact and available as a message variable.
Opt-out management
A per-account blocked list automatically excludes anyone who has asked to stop receiving messages from every future campaign.

Can messages be scheduled and repeated?
Yes. Campaigns can be scheduled for a future date and time, or set to repeat daily, weekly or monthly. Scheduled sends run on the server, so nothing depends on you being logged in.

Rate-limited delivery queue

Request a name of up to 11 characters from inside the dashboard and track approval status. Multiple sender IDs per account are supported.
